Is BBWcon just for XXX entertainers?
NO! BBWcon is for anyone and everyone who works within the BBW industry. Network, showcase your work, brand yourself, meet other models and have a good time! We welcome everyone including, but not limited to, web models, webcam performers, boudoir/pin up models as well as BBW porn stars.
Is there anything for the ladies or is the show just for men?
Of COURSE! BBWcon is NOT just for men! In fact, we have made an extensive effort to include events, entertainment and seminar topics that cater specifically to women. The show is designed to be a place for EVERYONE to learn, feel confident at any size, from any lifestyle with any kink and/or profession. NO JUDGEMENT. Be who you are and have fun with other people who share common interests.
Does BBWcon book, schedule or offer travel arrangements for attendees or models?
No, we do not assume responsibility for any travel arrangements. BBWcon provides a venue for all events, but it is the individual responsibility of each person attending to book their own accommodations.
What can I do to help promote BBWcon 2015?
• Spread the word! Share our website http://bbwcon/com on your website, blog, twitter, Facebook, tumble, Instagram and any of your other social media profiles.
• Post frequently about your attendance or desire to attend.
• Write an email to your contact lists on Gmail, Yahoo!, Hotmail and/or any other email client.
• MODELS… Tell your fans! Who knows, one may want to sponsor your trip!
You can also sport one of our badges on your website, Facebook, twitter or any other social media profile. Just click on the appropriate badge below, as soon as it enlarges click on it and hit “Save image as..” Easy Peasy, now you’re all set to share it everywhere!
Is my hotel reservation included in ANY of the package purchases?
Unfortunately, no. BBWcon does not provide ANY hotel accommodations due to the personal liability for each room. You are required to book for and pay for your own hotel stay.
What models will be in attendance during BBWcon 2015?
You can see who is attending BBWcon by going to the BBW MODELS page of our site.
How do models get added to the MODELS page?
First you register by filling out and submitting the Model Registration. You then either purchase an awards show ticket or model/vending booth space. We ONLY include models on our site who have committed to attending. Attendees come based on the accuracy of the models we have listed. Once you have done the above, submit your high resolution photo to thebbwcon@gmail.com. Please allow us 72 hours to update the website with your profile.

Can models or anyone sell merchandise at the show?
Only those who purchase booth space are allowed to sell or distribute items due to Nevada State insurance and licensing laws. Models who are signing at a booth for another company are allowed to sell items ONLY while they reside at that booth and at the vendor’s discretion, and permission. This will be closely monitored and violators will be immediately asked to leave the show.
PLEASE NOTE: Nevada gaming laws state that you CANNOT distribute ANY materials on or around the casino or hotel areas. All distributed materials MUST remain in the Trade Show area.
Attendance Package & Booth Purchase Refund Policies.
All purchases are final and NON REFUNDABLE.
BBWCON reserves the right to refuse entry. If you violate any rules put in place by BBWcon or the event venue and are asked to leave the property, you forfeit the right to a refund.

What if I am a model and can’t attend, but I want a presence at the show?
BBWcon offers a virtual attendance package for those models that are unable to attend in person, but still want to promote themselves. Virtual attendance includes a 5′x2’ vertical banner w/ stand and 250 premium 14pt flyers. VA sets will be placed sporadically on the showroom floor. At the end of the event the banner and all remaining flyers will be returned to you via USPS.
Virtual Attendance is ONLY $149! You will need to supply 2(two) high resolution graphics; Banner – 60″×24″ 150dpi and FLYER – 4″x6″ 300dpi. ALL GRAPHICS MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER than 8pm PST Friday June 12,2015. Late graphics may result in forfeiture of your banner and flyers. Remember… All sales are final. Graphics can be sent to models@bbwcon.com.
How do I apply for a MEDIA PASS?
We limit the amount of free access, but welcome your request for media access. Not all requests will be honored. You can submit your request by emailing your inquiry to media@bbwcon.com
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please remember when purchasing your tickets that all sales are final and non-refundable.
Solicitation, possession or distribution of illegal services and/or substances are not permitted.
NO DJ’S, microphones, pa systems or loud noise can be used at the trade show or other events. We have supplied all equipment and entertainment.
This is an adult show; however you are required to abide by all venue rules and city ordinances. Please respect all of the above outlined rules and regulations. All attendees, models and workers must be at least 18 years of age.
